1. Scope
The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale, "GTC", automatically govern the sales of stays made via the site www.le-lion-dor.com, carried out by mail via the contact@le-lion-dor.com box or directly by phone. Each customer, called "host", acknowledges having read and accepted these GTC prior to any reservation made by himself or by a third party (especially in the case of "gift voucher"). These GTC are made available to the client or host upon written request or directly via the website www.le-lion-dor.com.
2. Booking conditions
Any reservation, directly or via the gift vouchers, is nominative, it can not be transferred to a third party. The reservation is validated after our agreement and receipt of a deposit of 30% minimum of the amount of the stay payable by check, cash or transfer.
3. Rates
The price of your stay is communicated in € uros excluding vat, the tourist tax is included in the price.No price reduction will be granted in case of late arrival or early departure of the customer.
The balance of the accommodation is paid the day before departure. An invoice will be issued at the end of the stay including any supplements (table d'hôte, picnic basket, drink). Any degradation or disappearance will also be subject to additional billing.
4. Security deposit
For stays in cabins rented in formula "lodging", a deposit of 300 €, payable by check or cash, will be asked to the client upon arrival. This deposit will cover the cost of replacing damaged or missing equipment during the restoration of the site.
5. Animals
Upon prior request, well behaved dogs of category 3 are welcome. The owner agrees before arrival to check that his dog is up to date with his vaccines. Dogs must be leashed on the LE LION DOR area and never stay alone in the room or cabin.
6. Cancellation of reservation
- by the customer or "host": To spend a period of 15 calendar days before the date of the beginning of the stay, the cancellation will not be able to under any circumstances give the right to the refund of the deposit cashed at the reservation and for some reason that that is, except for serious reason (1st degree family death, serious accident ..).
- by LE LION DOR: A reservation cancellation sent by e-mail or mail to the customer may be made by us, for the following non-exhaustive reasons:
With cancellation notice of 15 calendar days and refund of the deposit: Serious illness or disability of one or both owners and / or their children over a long period.
With notice of cancellation of 2 months and refund of the deposit in case of sale of the domain of LION DOR by its owners.
Without notice and with refund of the deposit:Major strike or revolt movement of the people on the commune harmful to the safety of the customers, deterioration of the premises by fire or severe bad weather such as storm or other climatic phenomena harming the security of the hosts, rupture of water supplies and / or electricity over a period of time making it impossible to rent a room or cabin.
7. Arrival and Departure
We welcome you from 17h to 19h the day of your arrival. The client undertakes to warn THE LION DOR in case of late arrival. After 20h, if the client did not show up and did not inform LE LION DOR of this delay, the establishment reserves the right to rebook the room or the cabin and to keep the reservation deposit . Departure is before 11am.
8. Uses of the premises
The host agrees to respect the peacefulness of the LION DOR and to preserve the tranquility of other residents.He must return the room or cabin in perfect condition at the end of the stay and agrees to declare and assume financially any possible degradation of which he could be responsible. It is strictly forbidden to smoke in all rooms of the LE LION DOR domain. Private and free parking, not guarded, is made available to each guest at the entrance of the domain. The LION DOR can not be held responsible in case of theft or damage of the vehicle.
9. Breakfast, packed lunches and tables d'hôtes
Breakfast is served between 9am and 10am in the dining room or on the terrace for guests staying in the rooms. For guests who sleep in the cabins: the breakfast is deposited directly at the terrace of the hut between 9h and 10h.
Guests wishing to dine at the table d'hôte or order packed lunches, must book at least 24 hours in advance with the owners and have the prior confirmation of LION DOR.The service is from 19h in the dining room or on the terrace or directly in the cabin.
10. Pool and Spa
Access to the swimming pool is only reserved for guests of LION DOR from 8am to 8pm and it is forbidden for animals. For hygiene reasons, people with skin diseases or wounds are not allowed to bathe.
The SPA on the terraces of each cabin are for private use. Before any bathing, the client must take a shower and avoid the use of oils and creams for the body. Pregnant women should not stay in hot water for more than 10 minutes. It is forbidden to jump and eat in the SPA.
11. Household
Cleaning is done at your departure except if you stay more than 2 nights where we will offer you to refresh the room. Sheets are changed regularly, towels can be changed daily on request. In respect of the environment, our guests can choose to keep the same towels for a stay not exceeding 3 days.
12.Insurance & Liability
The customer of LE LION DOR must be covered by third party liability insurance. The responsibility of the LION DOR can not be held liable for loss, theft or damage to personal effects on the entire domain, both inside and outside the facilities. If a guest causes bodily injury or material damage, his civil liability may be sought for compensation.
13. Confidentiality
In accordance with the law of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access and rectify data concerning you. LE LION DOR undertakes not to communicate to any third party the information you have entrusted to it (except in the event of litigation).
14. Litigation
In case of rejection of payment, the customer will bear the bank charges invoiced to LION DOR related to this rejection. In case of dispute, only the court of Bergerac will be competent.
